Timing Chain Not Availible

Took my 2011 Camaro to the dealer to get the timing chain replaced. The dealer came back a couple of days later and told me that they could not get the chain because GM had pulled all of the chains out of inventory and took the part number out of the system while they conduct a redesign of the chain
I still have not seen a recall or TSB in reference to this. Just FYI or if somebody has more info on this post away!

Drives a 2010 Camaro but took your 2011 to the dealer? What are you driving? Year and engine?
