My dad's still kicking and I still have most of my siblings. In fact they will all be descending on the house starting tomorrow, for a birthday bash. My mom passed a few years ago and my second oldest brother died along with his girlfriend at age 16 in a motorcycle crash on his birthday when I was 11.

It's been a good life overall and later this year, I'm thinking of starting training for my sport pilot's license!

I haven't had a drink of any alcohol for a few months now but I plan on hoisting one with ya on Saturday, Nothing!

Sport license is on hold until next spring for a variety of reasons but nothing insurmountable. The dream is still very much alive and I look forward to it!
