Weird Thread Page Glitches?

Hi All,

Experiencing a weird glitch the last couple of days where clicking to the successive page of a thread never actually resolves and ends up reloading the page you were last on. For example, in this thread, I can be on page 1059, but there are 1063 pages total indicated in the bottom right corner of the thread. If you click on the link to go to 1063, the page simply reloads to 1059. I've experienced this issue on multiple devices, both desktop and mobile, and also when I'm logged in and when I'm logged out.

My suspicion is that there may be some issue where posts have been hidden/deleted to remove spam, and that's why there may be more "posts" (thus more pages) than what can be seen. I would assume that only moderator user privileges could see those deleted posts, and for normal users we are unable to see them, but for some reason the forum software is still including them in the post count.

Just wondering if anyone else is running into this? Thanks.

I've seen it occasionally for the past year or so. It seems to correct itself in a few days.

It seemed to have gotten bad back when the spamming really kicked it up a notch. The EV thread especially has gotten bad. It now has 160 posts that is hidden that can't be viewed and has been this way for a month now.
