lowered...now how to raise/lower?

So when I was done with the lowering springs yesterday, I had to let my front wheels down on 4x4 blocks then use some 2x4's and 1x2's to make a mini ramp to roll off because my floor jack is too high, even with the center puck off it....

Will a low profile floor jack work? Should I make a permanent mini ramp to get good clearance to lift it?

What is being used out there?

A Harbor Freight low profile jack should still work for you.
