lowering springs installed....slight speed bump.
So I installed the BMR lowering springs on my 2SS MRC yesterday. The tie rod link for the sway bar and the top bolt on the strut require an 18mm pass through socket. You will need a deep well or pass through extension for the strut bolt. They have a 6mm and 5mm hex in the middle of the bolt that has to be held in place while turning the nut....Pics below show the tie rod bolt. My strut bolt was the same.

And? I don’t understand the headline. Do I miss something here?

He's just letting us know that its not just a simple slap a socket on and go, there's more to it. Hence the "speed bump". Thank you to the OP. Good info.

(none of the videos we watched showed this....maybe the impact wrenches zip it off but we used regular hand tools..)
