Vertical doors inc shock

Hey Camaro 5 team,

I have the vertical doors from VDI.com and need to know the LBs for the replacement shock. My shock no longer holds the door open. I can get one from other vendors I am sure. The ones from VDI are so expensive. I just need to know the LBs for the shock, 750, 800 or 850 LBs.

Thanks in advance.

This looks like the only two they offer. So I would think it’s one of these.

Thanks

You can buy the shocks from somewhere else for 1/4 the cost or around 40 bucks. Just need to know if anyone knows the LBs for the original shock. I would like to go up about 50lbs to make the door lift easier and hold open better.
