I probably should have done 60 months. I don't need 72 months and it would have reduced interest an additional .25%.

But If you finance outside of GM you lose out on current offers no?

I don't think so. Usually it's the financing offer or the cash back. So either get the 2.9% (if that's a special offer) or get the $1000 cash. In this case they don't seem to have much going as far as financing offers so it seems you are better off going elsewhere. I also got like 1.9% from my local credit union.

Oh I see. The dealer I was working with told me I had to finance through GM to get the offered incentives. Not sure if this is true or if they are just blowing smoke.

Dunno sounds like bs to me. Dealers can make $$ off the financing so.
