Good deal on rims but 35mm offset

Found a good deal on some KMC district wheels, but all 4 are 10.5” wide and 35mm offset. What would I need to run these? I think a 7mm spacer on rears, but will that work with stock length studs?
How about the fronts at 35 mm?

If you have a Brembo brakes you will need a 10mm spacer for the front.

The rear should fit without a spacer.
