I'm doing it again. I can't stop.

I was given not one but two bags of pistachio nuts for Christmas. Which is a problem.

I will sit and eat them and eat them until I don't feel well. And then I'll eat them some more. No lunch today. Pistachio nuts and lemonade instead.

We have the same problem in our house. My woman eats 24 per day as they are very good for you "and more than that is fattening". I measure them by the bowl myself...

The fat in them is very good for you, besides the potassium, fiber and protein...

The only thing I use a bowl for is the shells, no measuring or counting involved

Years ago I was stationed in Turkey. Some of the world's best pistachios. $1.00 a kilo (pistachios--drugs are a definite no-no in Turkey!). I used to use them as packing material when I would send gifts home.
