The DEALER scratch my brand new car, i didnt even drive yet

im so frustrated

they scratch my new car , i suppose get it today
but instead the call was for the scratches

im really disappointed

it was the last color, now i need to wait 6 months if i order another one
i guess i wont, no more 6 gen for me

i guess im canceling my purchase, i only booked it, and the cash still not payed
im really sad

All of that is simple to clear up in a good body shop.

yes they call me
they were preparing the car by Crane and by accident they scratches somehow

we payed almost $60k which is a lot of money for an SS, if i live in USA i can order a ZL1 with that money easily

It's a bumper. Relax and have them fix it. My brand new SS Sedan had a scratch on the door done at the dealer. They painted it and it looks perfect. I don't even think about it and enjoy the car.

i requested them to change the whole bumper+ reduction of the total cost with -$2500+ more promotion for me or i 'll pass the offer and sue them

i'll not accept painting it

They can fix it and that's that whether they replace or sand and paint the bumper. Understand your mad but it will be like new no matter what when you accept it pay for it and drive away. They pointed it out to you which means they didn't accept what they seen so why get this upset? You won't know it had any issues after they correct the paint. Don't flip out just relax and enjoy the day. Your money isn't even on the dam thing LOL

I understand why you're angry but accidents happen and if they can fix it so it looks perfect it seems like a reasonable outcome. I'm not sure why you think that they owe you more than that, or why you would possibly even consider suing them (unless they at forcing you to buy a damaged car and offering no fix). I've had minor damage on new cars and if the dealer corrected it properly I enjoyed the car.

That sucks !!!!
But missing this chance is missing your dreamcar

Try to get over it and let them fix it. Reduce the price and be happy with your Camaro

If you dont like it then dont buy it. I am pretty picky about things and yes i would be angry about this too. But if you really want an SS and dont want to wait 6 months I agree its a pretty easy fix its just a bumper cover nobody will ever know about except you and the dealer I dont think it will ever be on a Carfax report. Its not like its major repairs here.
