Hi all,

Bought my first ever brand new car! Upgraded from a 2016 Camaro 1ss to a 2023 2ss 1LE. Ordered 4/26, got allocation and placed deposit 5/25 then delivered to me 8/8. I am absolutely in love with the looks and the color! While I can't push it because I am still breaking it in, I can already tell the car stops better and the suspension is tighter as there is almost no body roll when cornering the amount I have been (versus my non mag ride, no 1le 1ss). I am really enjoying the 2ss interior, Recaros, heads up display and the npp. I know I'm in the minority for this but I really like the suede steering wheel. Looking forward to doing many track days in this car as that is a big reason I purchased it. I already have a spare set of oem 1le wheels (had them on my 16) that I will use to drive on nice days in the winter with all seasons on them.

Congrats!
Get some PPF for the rear quarters in front of the rear tires.
It's fresh oil and chip season on PA roads, I've seen plenty of signs but haven't hit the stones yet.

Congrats. I agree, the steering wheel is great. I don't really like the look of the carbon fiber wheels that people put in.

Just rotate photo with any photo editor and then use "preview post" to make sure they display correctly before posting (and just delete, rotate again, and reload until "preview post" shows them correctly). I think you might even be able to do this by editing your current post yourself.

Already placed a deposit with an installer. That area gets destroyed on just the standard SS as well. I'm getting a little more coverage than just that area because I am planing on tracking the car along with some road trips.

Thank you for the assistance. I wasn't able to figure out how to edit the original post as I couldn't find the attachments after clicking edit so I just posted them again. It was being really weird. I kept previewing the post and it finally worked after I rotated the pictures back in their original orientation
