no compression

2011 camaro 3.6 with no compression, I initially believed it to be the timing chain however when I pulled the valve covers the chain was snug on the camshafts and turned with the crankshaft .the spark plugs had been firing perfectly, the plugs were a tan color, so i do not believe there to be any ring issues. Whatever caused the loss of compression was sudden. I dropped a borescope into the cylinders, they looked good. The reliefs cut in the pistons looked good with no visible sign of valve interference. if the valves were bent it would only affect a couple of cylinders compression not the entire engine, I think the 3.6 camaro engines have a factory forged crank and connecting rods, I should not have a problem there. I am stumped on the diagnostics to figure out what the problem is,help would be appreciated

If there was an instance where a valve got bent then they more than likely all got bent causing your no compression issue. Did you see any indents on the piston tops. Even if you didn't they would be hard to see.

Since the 3.6 has vvt your cam phaser could be out of wack causing it to have interference with the pistons and the valves but I don't know how common this would be to be honest.

there are factory cut reliefs in the piston tops, the piston tops are not beat up nor any unusual scarring

Well the only other thing I can think of is the cam phaser is jacked up it will be out of time and have no compression.

Should there be voltage KOEO to the VVT solenoids?

1st thing is pull the valve covers and check for broken rockers-cam followers. Second carefully check the cam timing. Mu guess is the cam timing is off and it bent all the valves and may have broken the valve train.
