Agreed. Hardly EVER see a commercial for a Camaro. Dodge's Muscleville is brilliant.

I am not skeptical at all. They have been pouring everything into the C8. And during that time they have announced that by 2021 they want 17 of their vehicles to be all electric. So they have to deal with that also. There just is not enough time or people or ,,,sales....

Damn right and I'm having serious thoughts of a red-eye in a few years. Gm can just continue to stick with the lame ass ones they keep putting out.

I'm sure this will happen, then the camaro will return after a hiatus filly electrified with no clutch. With the corvette going way upstream and this this are the most depressing time to be a car fan of my life.

Depends what year you are comparing to. Comparing to a 69, yes, the refreshed rear is similar. Comparing to a 68, the 10-13 rear end is more like it.

Yeah, it's the 2 separate lights, squarish. It's a nice modern interpretation of the classic look.

Where the 69 is the longer 3 light bar, and the 2014/2015 tails look more like that, with the reverse light incorporated.

Taking the taxpayers money from the gov, not wanting to pay it back, and then looking to move to china (which I refuse to capitalize, those death dealing commie baztardz) and crapping on American workers has royally pissed me off.

Putting out a 6th gen car with less backseat while marketing to 20 and 30 somethings was stupidity; seems to be GMs strength nowadays.

Bought my last new GM in '12. Gearing up to build 350s in my shop for some 60/70/early 80s Chevys from here on.

Impala gone, Cruze gone, what makes you think GM won't discontinue the Camaro that has struggled with sales since the Gen 6. They could take that R&D money an put it towards new electric cars is my guess.
