The Procharger kit was over $11,000 by itself!! This is a heck of a deal for this car.

Yes the C5 is a dedicated road race car. Fully caged and not street legal.

I had two Corvettes built by Phoenix Performance. The first was a 2002 built as a T1 car, and the second was a 2003 built as a STO/GT2 car. Both were black with red cages, like yours. When I saw your car in the photo, I wondered if it may have been one of mine until you mentioned that it was a 2001.

Yeah I bought the C5Z from Joe directly as he had taken the car in on trade. Not sure who the original owner was.
