Looking for a bit of help regarding this indoor ambient lighting

Hey guys, I'm getting this ambient lighting kit for the footwells and I wanted to hook it up via fuse box. On my 2019 ss, the only fuse boxes are under the hood and in the trunk. It would be amazing if there was one under the steering wheel like most cars do. There is this thing under the steering wheel that apparently I might be able to use to hook up the lighting kit to. I'm going to share a picture and a link... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the ambient lighting kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OU5LOT2..._GOWMCb21K39GD

Here is the thing under the steering wheel that I'll hopefully be able to use but don't know how to go about it: https://imgur.com/gallery/ArJo4Fl

Thank youuuu!

That would be the body control module (BCM) and I wouldn't screw with it, most voltages found there are not going to be 12v and if you do it won't have the current to run anything. Your best bet is to source power from the engine bay fuse box with an Add-A-Fuse tap (Micro2), if you deleted your sound tube that is an easy path.

The lighting package comes with that fuse tap Just not sure how to get to the engine bay fuse box from inside the car. I know there's a rubber grommet that goes through the firewall but I can't quite locate it :\

Even if I didn't remove the sound tube I would still pass the wire through the tube/cover (drill/punch) it's the easiest way through and the sound tube only transmits vibrations anyway. Crap picture but its the black rubber nipple/cap under the driver's side strut brace, the nipple I added to fill in the hole left after removing the sound tube plate. I used a leather punch to make a small hole in the cap for the wire.

Looking at this install of curb alert:
https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=435979

You can just pass the wire from the engine into the cabin easily through the door.
