The so called "leak" of the specs showed 4200+lbs and it showed the HP.

No problems. The GT350 engine oil usage is so bad that Ford changed the normal usage to 500 miles per quart because they were tired of replacing engines. That was the usage on mine. POS. Done with Ford.... Ok sorry, I digressed. Forgive me for I have sinned.....

It came out with the engine specs & data. People thought the picture of the engine was fake as well. So far it has all checked out. Someone posted info from the owners manual as well. They guessed the rear axle ratio? 465 pound gain from the GT350

I think this car will sticker close to $80K before options. Then the dealers will have a bidding war with their victims...er..customers after that.
DCT is cool, but I would not bet the farm that it doesn't develop problems, especially after some hard launches. With the oil consumption of the GT350 and all this newness, I wouldn't be looking too closely at this car, personally. But then again, I have a practically brand new '18 ZL1 that stuns and amazes me every time I drive it. |
