You said it friend. We've been through the absolute worst, and are just now seeing a bit of light at the end of this tunnel. And it ain't easy down here in Cowboys country.

I liked the Raiders before Manning got to Indy, you know when alot of other people started liking them, not sayin you, just saying alot of Colts fans cannot tell you who was QB before Manning. But being a Raiders fan isn't something you can just shake off. Hell I knew JaBustus wasn't gonna be any good, but I still cheered for my failure of a team. Speaking of rule changes involving the Raiders, there was a Raiders team in my Boys and Girls club league that forced a change in the rules. At the 3rd and 4th grade level not many teams can pass effectively, so most teams ran 90% run plays. The Raiders knew this so they would line up ten men on the line of scrimage and send EVERYONE! I think they went undefeated that year.

The next year there was a rule that only defensive linemen could cross the line of scrimage until the ball was handed to a running back. This really ticked me off because guess where I played on defense. . . Middle Linebacker!

Just for fun I loaded pictures of me from my 3rd-4th grade (1994) and 5th-6th grade (1998) teams, the Steelers and Bears. Good times!!

Actually the tuck rule wasn't a rule change, just a rule that has only been used once IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE NFL! Whew sorry about that, i feel better now

Ah I see you fall into the same situation as me, home team winning, your team not. Hang in there

Terre Haute is closer to me. I was able to go out on the field and meet the players last year.

I have been a Cowboys fan all of my life, it was my dads team so it became my team. I also show love to the home team, go Titans. I don't know who I'd root for if they were to meet in a Super Bowl. I see a lot of the Titans players around town for the most part they are good people.
