MRT V1.0 Exhaust Camaro

I am planning on getting axle-back exhaust very soon. I really like the MRT V1.0 because it is louder at idle. Does anyone have any videos with this exhaust? Any suggestions?

You will find some help here.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33104

Or you can do a search for MRT 1.0 and find more threads than you will know what to do with.

I'm sorry i was a little misleading, I love my MRT V1's and sounded unGODLY LOUD in the first 100-200 miles and since i put 1000+ miles (mainly highway) i can tell its broken in and calm down a little bit...im going to get a resonator delete soon bc i like loud But it still sounds great of course and wouldn't think about switching... i should have a clip from my GoPro in s day or two and i can PM or post for you

+1, These do take 100-200 miles at least to fully break in. Another factor is you probably got used to it some!

The MRT V1.0 is a little more unrefined and louder at idle than the V2.0

Well since the resonators are defined (in my knowledge) as steel hollow cylindrical tubes that add a exhaust tone to tune out any "annoying" noise coming out of the exhaust, with cutting the resonators off and add some piping you accomplish that initial F.U. Sound when you change the trash cans to the V1's

Got used to it? ...Guess I'll have to keep buying new MRT's every 100-200 miles if the resonator delete doesn't work
