Request: Fuel Pump Fuse/Relay

Greetings.

Doing a bit of work to our 2018 SS 1LE and would like to connect the battery, but don't want the fuel pump energized due to the disconnected fuel lines.

What may I 'pull' to remove the in tank electric pump from the system?

Thanks!

My suggestion is F35 in the rear fuse box.

arpad_m: Thanks! I had also found an F50 in the engine compartment that was similar. Possibly I will pull both and cover the lines just in case.

Appreciate it.

No problem. I know that F35 in the rear does control fuel supply, because when it blew, the car died and would crank but not start, and the fuel pump no longer primed.

Any guess why my car still runs with F35 pulled on my 17 1LE?

Trying to mock up a kill switch but can't figure out what fuse / relay controls the fuel pump

I am thinking of installing this as a kill switch to the fuel pump by adding it in place of the F35 fuse, but seems to be conflicting information about F35 disabling fuel pump once pulled? Also not sure if the controller will safely handle the 20 amp circuit. I just thought this to be a clean easy to install security option.

Are you 100% sure you pulled F35? Look at the fuse box diagram above from the manual, MY 2017 has the same fuse layout as my 2018. Plus, as I said, I physically "verified" this one on the road, to my unpleasant surprise...

Have a SS 1LE, still runs with F35 fuse pulled and no K2 fuel pump relay in the typical location. Does anyone know where this relay resides on the 1LE? Talking to mobilistics for a remote relay, PM me privately if need be.
