It took me 6 months to get out of 1100 status, I ordered in June but I think are probably running much smoother in Kentucky.

I believe this is based off of the allocations that your dealer receives. Once an allocation for the order is available the order will become active. I could be wrong though. I placed my order with a dealership that called me with an available allocation and it went through that day. That was on 12-18-13 and now my car is built and bayed.

Initially when the first batch of C7's came out of
QC hold, there were so many to put through a final
inspection that some were shipped to Nashville for
inspection and then shipped out from there. That
was the 4300 status. I'm not sure it that's still
being used or not, but it would be worth a phone
call to your dealer to find out exactly where it's at.
They can call the GM Dealer Business Center and
they will find out where it's at.

Still 1100 status. This is all about the dealers allocation
or lack thereof. You'll need to talk to them to try and
validate that they still have allocation left to place your
order. It's going to be on the honor system because there's
no place for you to go to verify it. In all fairness to the
dealer, if they do have allocation for your order, they don't
necessarily know when it's going to be available to place
your order against.

Still 1100 status. It's all about the dealer's allocation
and if they have it available for you. If they do, in their
defense they don't know when it's going to show up. The
hard part is that there is no place for you to go to verify
that they do or do not have allocation.
