A little rain for the parking lot we can deal with, I'm hoping for decent driving weather tomorrow.

Thursday looks like a rainy drive for us. Bring your car covers. Then Friday they may need the track dryer to get some drag racing going. Bring plenty of beer if we get rained out on Friday. Saturday will be loaded with lots of track time but maybe we will get some passes in before eliminations

80% thunderstorms on Friday as of right now. Scattered in the evening. Not looking good.

I just don't see where they are getting this rain at. I've been watching the fronts both north and south and I don't see any indication of them moving to BG. The north front is moving east and not shifting. The south front is stationary and not making any progress. if the south line start moving northward then I can see rain being an issue. My guess is pop up storms for Friday.

This time of year "pop-up" showers/storms are not so much a function of fronts as just brewing up of humidity in the heat of the day developing hit-or-miss pockets of rain. That is the pattern that is being called for to continue.

Unless the air is unstable, there will be no pop showers. It's going to come down to humidity and what the dew point is that will cause the storms to pop up plus where the jet stream shifted to. Still hoping for the best and nothing will flare up, Friday morning looks like a good start of a great day. After that though will be questionable, but when the PP starts we should be dry but muggy.
