Really 8666 1LE's to MY 2014. Where does this math come from? It won't even be that high once we finally have the 15 production count. Gen5 that is.

Perhaps that is 3rd and 4th gen 1LE's and the 13/14 1LE's?

Just ran the numbers again and got 6198.
I shouldnt be operating calculators when I have been awake over 24 hours lol. Gonna take a nap, and try again. Edit to add: Ran the numbers again, and yes, I was mistaken. 6198 is correct through 2014. Sorry guys. My bad. |

Build counts for 2013 1le 1826 , 2014 2,468, assume 2015 build count to be 2,000 a short production run due to 2016's . Total of 6,294 1les built .

Agreed, expecting that included earlier Generation production. I guess somewhere to someone cars built many years ago that are wholly irrelevant to our 1LE's matter. This is a Gen 5 forum right. I just read my own post...testy eh. It must have to do with our dollar going in the toilet, the market in free fall and it's still WINTER, so I can't drive my 1LE. The OP is grabbing a nap, I'm going to find a liquid solution that can melt ice cubes real fast!

Might not happen. Kinda hope not as it will only help keep our 1LE's rare. There is talk about the recreation of the IROC.. That would be nice . I did hear that our 1LE's in G5 were suppose to be named the IROC. Would have been cool. I'm glad my car is rare and prefer if they never make anymore. Hahaha

Not yet. But I really would like to compare after the other badges get released first. Features/performance spectrums/price points. Those things will ultimately tell the tale of where a 1LE would fit in imho.

It's pretty well speculated based on spy shots and rumors that 2017 will bring the ZL1 and 1LE to the market.
