It come sin the Z/28 Aero Kit
23222454 Gurney Lip Extension Kit
EXTENSION PKG - GM (23222454)
Thinking might be the tire deflectors if they are different from the ZL1 tire wind deflectors
No site has a pic to know.. need tire wind deflectors for my camaro

Guess2 lil things on the side..

I would think so, as the z28 extensions are molded into the front flares.
