Does installation of the fronts or the rears require drilling new holes or does it used existing holes with the same or different hardware?

Thank you for your responses!

To their instructions, you stick the guards in place with the attached strip of VHB tape (3M) then drill holes in the wheel well liner using the holes in the guards as a guide. There are three split rivets that go in the holes for a permanent installation. I’m not too keen on the “permanent “ install aspect of the rivets.

I will look at alternatives that allow me to more easily remove them at will. Perhaps wel nuts, threaded crush inserts or most likely tinnerman nuts as they are very flat and won’t raise the guards off the liner enough to make any difference in fit and will be very secure, even more so than their rivets, they will just require a small slit in the liner where they’ll slip in.

I have the OEM ZL1 rockers on my SS 1LE, I'm going to email them to get a set of fronts though I don't need the rears.

I found a small rock chip in my passenger side door this past weekend. It was inevitable with these sticky shoes.

DANACO, Great ideas on fittment, thanks. I'm interested in your opinions on the alternative fitment option that you have chosen. Can you post a pic or two?

Thanks in advance.
