You're correct.

My apologies everyone.

I'd still have a beer with him and it would be a great conversation. Nobody tries more parts then EDF. Just wish he'd get back on the road more as I saw one of his posts that its been in the shop 10 out of 12 months. Obviously I'm in the same place as I've only put 125 miles on my car in 2 1/2 years but a shit load of runs down the track. That's going to change this year. Gonna do some hard passes early in the spring to try and run faster then last year but when bracket season starts gonna slow it down to see if it will live thru the whole year and actually detune it and drive it on the street. Wow that would be different. Haha

My car is my daily when I’m home...the sad part is my average mph over the 6,500 miles I’ve driven it. Anyone care to guess that average mph?

Well, with all that city traffic and if you are like me, then probably ~ 40?

You’re moving at light speed in comparison. I’ll post a pic tomorrow night when I get home and everyone can laugh at the ridiculousness

yup this is always a good idea. I will note in the 80s and 90s most people on the street with secondary injection batch fired all injectors at the same time. Never made any difference from my recollection and we were getting 300 HP from Shelby 2.2 SOHC, 300 to 450 from 2.0 B20 / B16a 4v VTEC Turbo, 300 from Toyota 2TG head on 3TC block punched .60 over. Yes batch fire all injectors fired at the same time. It has been years now but I believe the BMW 3.0 CS engine (I always ran carbs but), the Datsun Z 2.8 and the VW GTI / Rabit were all batch fire from the factory.

So on the batch fire either it works or it don't. Outside the very very unusual injector failure or clog (run a good fuel filter).

For me, I figure I'm 707 WHP, same as my first build, I test combo that probably made upto 825 WHP, I daily drive my car. I'm doing my final tuning on new engine of E85 and I may even drop boost using the biggest 4.5 pulley say 675 WHP, just because the combo with tracktion control off is just about borderline traction limited in 2nd gear but at least I may just be able to use WOT before 70 MPH, speed limit is around 85 MPH. so for me, my first build and general tuning on my second build were yielding combinations of 1 second of WOT on the street to my self imposed 100 MPH shut-off, backing it down I may actually be able to use WOT for 2.5 seconds now in my DD.

I will note that even a very large cam, my car is very driveable I put some of that on the stock CR and a blower cam with wider lobe centers. The car drives near stock, my cam can support any HP that 93 or even E85 can put out, IMO. I would not have believed this 3 years ago. So after DD 2 cams, there is no drivability issues with blower cams from mild to getting pretty hairry ones, dunno why, I figure high CR for good dynamic compression and direct inject.

Lastly I will say I just went to BIG DI stuff after sitting on the fence for 6 months, DI vs 2nd port vs Alky. I felt I wanted a factory like dependable, completely turn key system for my street car. There are benefits for the other 2.
1) can tune it myself for increased boost levels
2) Meth has a huge max rich HP number, you can literally pour that stuff down your engine and it will make power.

Set it up.. I've been up and running with no issues since Christmas Eve. I was explaining how once the car was running with no issues I wanted to test the 103 vs 112 and the different lid spacers. But I was like I want my car back forget the testing just gonna roll with it. Ya not driving for 10 months and I still have 29k mileage.
