The finance team I'm work with said they'll know July's new rate/special on July 1st. Call that day and ask, they'll let you sign for 1.9% but the car must be transferred to you within 30 days of signing.

I followed the advice of another member. I'm withholding my downpayment until I get the car but will be signing 1.% (Unless GMF offers 0% for July) on the 3rd.

Interesting - my 1LE was built the same week and should be arriving at my dealer possibly as early as today, if not sometime early next week. Maybe mine got the last hood wrap before they ran out of black vinyl...

That or I really think GM logistics is completely hosed. How does your dealer know that it's waiting for the hood wrap? I didn't think the system was that specific when a car was on hold. I think there's a chance your car is done and en route, it's just that nobody knows it yet.

The current scheduled destination for the car is LGR Striping, not the dealership. I figure that must be where the hood wrap is done since I don’t have any stripes in my order.

my car shows that status too, but Jack Cooper transport says I should see it next week. the site has not been updated regularly.

I think i I figured out the eta means absolutely nothing. It’s basically autogenerated or something an every week or so will just adjust accordingly

ETA June 23rd…contacted my dealership today and asked them to call Jack Cooper, they did. Jack Coopers says “on the transport headed to you’. Arrived at the dealership today, pickup Monday at 13:00. Jack Cooper in KC is moving lots of cars, SUVS and trucks. Folks holding for vehicles in the Midwest should see some relief.

I feel you. Mine was built 6/1 from a TPW of 5/23. Stuck at 4B00. Originally had a eta of 6/29 but now no ETA. Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been waiting 6 months now for my 2SS.

It sure would be nice if GM would just give us all some transparency as to what is actually going on with our cars. I’m beyond frustrated with this entire situation, how the hell am I supposed to enjoy my mid life crisis if I can’t get my toy! �� the new status thread that Darren started is awesome but it just reaffirmed that GM really doesn’t know what they are doing. If my company treated our customers like this our mill that employs 700 people would be shuttered in a month.
