A charter member has earned omnipotence within the circle. It was earned in 2010 in Valdosta.

Membership submissions can be submitted in alcohol in the parking lot at the host hotel.

It should be noted that I had perfect parking lot attendance until the regretful performance on the final night of this last fest.

I will redeem myself and restore the confidence and impeccable example of circle membership requirement and leadership that has come to be known as the STANDARD of Circle influence at said activity.

But if not, then I have nothing to worry about. I'm like a bad US Senator. I can't be purged. hahahahahahaha
