I just don't get it. An ugly dress up package for pickups ... why? I understand that tons of people customize their trucks, but isn't the purpose usually to make it look cool and/or unique? This doesn't look cool, and by offering it as a package it won't make your truck won't be unique either.

I just don't get it.

Good for you, the ZL1 is easily twice the truck that the Silverado is.

Now if it had the LT4 I'd be all over it. GM needs a sport truck, not another appearance package.

Agree, when I get my next truck I want a regular cab short box. Maybe I'm just getting old...

I prefer a GM product but I'll be buying whomever makes this configuration.

Instead of that above concept that would actually be kinda cool, we get a 4 door "rally" truck that's really just a cheesy appearance package to the same old truck. That's the dumbest thing I've seen Chevy come up with yet. They really seem like they just don't get it anymore. Lame AND sad.

Ive got a buddy who works in sales at a Chevy dealership and he is gonna get me some pricing on what the double cab rally 2 package will cost, if I find out I will post it here but if it was left up to me give me a regular cab short bed with a V8 and I would be good to go....

Kind of looks weird with the headlight surround still chrome. They need color matched headlights also.

Please stop trying to make trucks look fast and cool....they are trucks. They are meant to haul shit and pull trailers. Lets keep it that way.

I thinking when they made cars they just wanted something that can get you from point A to B without using a horse and look at what we are driving today. Nothing wrong for wanted something different

I have to disagree with this cause hot rodding trucks has been around for a long time not talking about 15 or 20 years either more like 40 to 50 years. So its not some new fad. Its almost saying you should just buy something and use it just for that and basically be a non enthusiast. Might as well not buy a Camaro and just get a Camry or accord instead.
