opinions TSP long tubes and full exhaust

Hi all spring is here time to get out my 2015 ss l99 convertable. I am leaning towards getting a TSP 1 7/8 long tubes cats and full exhaust. Seems like a good price plus as a vet they give me a shipping break. Plan down the road is a vvt stage 1 cam and the supporting upgrades.

I myself have not used TSP headers but i know those who have and have always heard good things about them. If you have the L99 a lot of people go with the vvt cams. My car is currently getting the GPI vvt3 cam installed this week. BTW thanks for your service.

Jer, see you are down the road who is doing your work? Do you have a bigger converter in it? Have a friend who had his 15 z28 done at nickey the car is sick not 100k sick but hey. google nickey 2015 stage 3 z. He did this on a brand new car. In Wisconsin most seem to use westbend dyno but I'm not a fan.

Anthony Manna @ Manna motorsports is doing the install. He is right near O'hare airport. Im gonna have to update my signature but i have a circle d single disc 3800 rpm stall. My current setup before 3.91 gear, ported throttle body and converter was 366 hp but i forget the tq number. Im familiar with nickey performance. I know they do great work but some of their pricing and qoutes ive seen cause me to

I have tsp headers no cats full exhaust for near 7 years and i love love love it. Id do it again but 2”.

intake,tsp cam,full exhaust,pcmforless tune,trailing arms,toe rods. hopeing for 11.9 because my g/f said she will take the cam and the suspension back if not.

Have to think with the converter and 391 gears the fun factor is 100000? take mine on long trips so maybe not gears but I think the converter will happen, did you do anything with a transcooler upgrade
thanks flying low, they say unless u go big power stay with the 1 7/8? pretty easy fit and install?

Yeah the coverter amd gears definitely make things enjoyable. It does not take much to light the tires up. I also had the adm trans cooler installed with the converter.

I have the 1 7/8 TSP headers and high flow cats and love them. Excellent product for an amazing price. If you have the electric assisted steering I believe the 2" headers wont fit without modifying so do some research if you decide to go bigger
