I'm on my second Masi GT. They aren't designed for speed, they're an exclusive grand touring machine, which it does better than most any car available! One of the most fun cars I have ever driven, and I have driven A LOT!!! It gets twice the looks that my 1998 F355 F1 gets with a Capristo exhaust. The car is just a thing of beauty, plan and simple. There are a million cars that go fast and can get your adrenaline pumping, but very few that can do it while standing still! Maserati GranTurismo is art, in it's purest form!

I really like the Maserati Gran Turismo. Definitely not as fast as many performance cars these days, but the GT looks better than any of them. Very classy looking. Interiors are beautiful, too. Exhaust note is second to none.

Congrats on your purchase. You made the right choice especially at that price.

My Masi GT is my daily driver...in 2018 I have spent a whopping $500.00!!!
that's roughly 3 oil change kits @ $155.00 each, plus shipping from Formula Dynamics

This is apparently the "Need for Speed" headquarters...lol
Which is fine unto itself. I, however, am no longer seeking that which I have experienced before!!!

LOL! I would walk past any Mazzy to see your F355, until I realized it was an F1 at least.

Seems like most don't keep them very long, good luck with the next purchase!

Looks are subjective I guess. Not a fan of the Z since ... when they were Datsuns

This thread just got stupid with all the apples to oranges comparisons.

Dude bought something that moved him, he enjoyed it for a year. I can respect anyone's chosen (automotive) muse. Even people that think the 370Z is something great. Cool, enjoy it.

I like some weird stuff, I don't think most people would ever understand why I want to build a twin turbo ls Volvo wagon.

Go get that ZL1...you wont regret it...

Irony is, you could have had a ZL1 at what you paid for the Masi..

Overpriced, very expensive to maintain and a real punch in the face when you go to sell it. The Maserati has an extremely small buyer's market. My next door neighbor had a Granturismo and he was kicking himself everyday for not buying a Vette.
