buy the oem take off wheels they are forged not cast like all the aftermarkets that try to trick you by calling them flow forged. you wont pay much more and they are more than worth it.
7literc5 go to the for sale wheel section to see what other people are asking.

example OE factory " Forged "wheels from the Camaro platform weigh in at 32lb yet a aftermarket company can produce a wider rep using a Flow forged technology/ rotary / flow/ you name it is the same and weigh less then the factory wheels by 5lb minimum each. kind of makes you think who is tricking who right. just saying. Chevrolet makes such an awesome vehicle but I personally feel they can shave some weight off the factory wheels easily. |

ZL1 rims on my LT1. PS4's 285 front, 305 rear, no clearance issues so far. Installed the BMR carriage lockout kit at the same time. It's like a whole new car.

Agreed. Has anyone put the ZLE (ZL1/1LE) 305's/315's on an LT1? Considering but concerned it will have rubbing or the wire relocation issues. Fender gap does seem to increase with the lower profile/wider wheels too.

I added the ZLE wheels to my SS 1LE running 305/325 tires. Instead of a spacer I did a clearance grind on the strut. You definitely need to relocate the wire harness on the rear drivers side.
