Woodward Dream Cruise 2021

Been spending the last few days on Woodward Avenue. Here’s a few of my more interesting shots. Anyone else who was there please feel free to ad pics and video so that some who could not be here can witness the madness that is Woodward Dream Cruise.

First pic was taken from across the street (8 lanes plus an island) but since it is of someone we all know and appreciate, I’m posting it anyway. Who’s driving the black ‘68 convertible?

Hint: You’re equally likely to see him driving a Hummer EV these days.

On Friday, Motor City Camaro Club spent the afternoon supporting one of our favorite charities, Danny’s Miracle Angel Network (DMAN). Every year DMAN holds the Making Dreams Come True Cruise where convertible drivers take wheelchair bound children and young adults on their own personal drive thru the Woodward Dream Cruise. Convertibles are used because they work better with the equipment that is used to lower the passengers into the car. So mostly convertibles, a few targa tops (Vettes) and one very famous topless vehicle.
