How Often do You Use Paddle Shifters?

I'm curious: for automatic drivers, how often do you use the paddle shifters? I've had my car for about a year and four months and have tried them on and off during that time. However, during the past two weeks, I've been using them everyday and really enjoy them. I'm to the point where it feels weird not to use them. Let me know how often you use yours!

2x the day I test drove it and 1 other time. Too lazy, sounds like you can use it to program higher or lower shift points on the 2011 car by switching to M, program each shift point with a test drive and switch back to D. Must do every key cycle though. Also only on earlier cars.

I use mine every time I drive. It's even better with a transmission tune.

Haha it's pretty funny but I use mine to slow down and down shift coming to a stop. I also like using them on a bend and down shift when entering than flooring it and up shifting when I come out of it.

Never heard of that.....

I used my paddle shifters a lot when I first got my exhaust, not so much now, just when I feel playful...

found this on one of the threads comparing LLT to LFX, thread was then high jacked to talk about diff between 2011 and 2012 particularly LS models

I wasn't a fan of the paddles on my '13, so when I bought my '14, I just bought the 6 speed stick and got it over with.

Offer an automatic clutch and I would've done the same.

I love the paddle shifters for autocross. I can leave the line hard and shift into second when I want to. I sometimes use them on the street but not much. They are absolutely not good for anything at the drag strip.
