Time between 2000 and 3000 status?

Is there a standard time between 2000 and 3000 status? I'm not sure how I am going to stand this wait!!!

No standard time. Can go 2500 then 3000 in one day or in a couple of days.

The essential thing this early is 2000. Several steps later 3400 then 3800 etc.

Thanks! I just put my order in last week, so, I'm expecting a 3-4 month wait, reasonably.

Convertible?

Now that production is ramped up and shipping started, coupe should be around six-seven weeks from accepted by GM (2000) to delivered to dealer (5000) but the verts could very well be three months.

Very smart. Every new vehicle has these start up difficulties but once things get steady the process becomes much more predictable. We notice when it happens to a new Corvette because of the huge public interest and do not notice for say, the Malibu, which will sell five times the number the Corvette will sell.

Indeed, I suspect the new Malibu did not have 300 pre-production orders while the Stingray very likely had 3000. Not to mention the internet bandwidth each vehicle line takes!
