What do you think is a good deal on this ZL1?

2013 ZL1
Under 4k miles
Sunroof
Exposed carbon fiber
Aftermarket Stereo/Sub woofer
Looks to be in great shape
Everything else is stock

It has already been sitting on the dealer lot for a month.

Dealer is asking 39k for it. I have seen others get similar cars for closer to low to mid 30's almost a year ago. What do you guys think would be a good deal on this car?

This is the exact car I have been looking for but I don't want to over pay for it. Thinking with the end of the year right around the corner I might be able to get a good deal on it.

Thanks!

All depends if you want a stock car with low miles. I can tell you where there are twin turbo built zl1s for that price.

There is one very close to me, 2013, 1990'ish miles, for #35,300, also dealer offered.
I'm thinking about it myself as a 2nd ZL1.

Just as a point of reference, I just bought a '12/auto. ZL1 with 1800 miles for 30K. Granted I think I stole it but seems like the one you're describing is mid 30's I'd think.

Check the market price for a '13 ZL1 with either kbb, Edmunds, or other sources. IMO I think 39k is high for that year and if the OEM headunit has been removed. The mileage is good, however. At that price level I would expect Recaro sport seats, one or two other options and of course in absolute mint condition (no dents or scratches anywhere). I tend to be a harsh critic on cars so ask around as well.

Shop around. You may find a better ZL with the same or less mileage at that price or less. Good luck.

Low to mid 30's in this market, unfortunately (well, fortunately for you... not for us existing owners. Lol)

I agree on low-mid $30k.

I paid $34k one year ago for the same car (2013 with 3k miles, sunroof, Nav, exposed CF, polished wheels)

Used cars don't get the end of year push/incentives as much as the new cars but there is still a push to get the end of year/month numbers up for the sales manager staff.
If you are in the Pacific Northwest I would think they are going to have a tough time selling that car in the winter and they would be heavily motivated. Remind them that not many knuckleheads want to buy this car in the winter so they can make a screaming deal with you, let it sit on their lot a few more months on their floorplan or bring it back to the sale (auction) and sell it for average black book at best in the winter.
