I think/hope a base LT1 Stingray would be loads of fun to drive and more than powerful enough for a mere mortal on public roads so it'd likely be my choice. Obtaining this new Vette for low/mid-50s is a fair bang for the buck IMO when many other highline cars easily fetch tens of thousands more... and some of the other brands or competitors don't look as good or don't come as well-equipped as what the new Stingray seems to bring. A 2LT w/ Z51 would be ideal depending on sticker. We'll see when pricing and options are finalized later this year!

If I was getting it for me, it would be a 3LT Z51 in Velocity Yellow w/black rims, Laguna Blue w/chrome rims or Arctic White w/black rims. I have got to have heated seats, I'm spoiled.

I think the wife is going to go with Arctic White or Velocity Yellow. It will be towards the end of the first production year before anyone offers GMS on them so I have plenty of time to drool.

2LT has heated seats, 3LT adds custom leather wrapped plus Napa leather which is supposedly awesome. 2LT though for me, more than enough goodies. Although 3LT includes Nav standard.

The wife likes all the bells and whistles. This is going to be her car. I'm doing my best to get her away from a german sports car. GM is helping quite a bit with the looks of the C7.

Are they still doing the 4LT? Its been so long since I looked at a C6 I can't remember what that package had.

There's no 4LT on C7, at least not yet.

My C6 is a 4LT, which is defined as "Custom leather wrapped interior package" and includes everything in 3LT, plus luxury trim leather on the center console, doors and dashboard.
In 2008, 4LT was $3500 more than 3LT.
