Lug Torq Question
On my 2013 1LE, what should the lugs be torq’d at?
I’ve read guys doing 110 and 140. What are fellow track enthusiasts and 1LE guys doing?! Thanks!!!

That 140lb. torque is a miss print.

I know Chevrolet dealers torque it to 120.

The spec was changed in mid-2012. From the 2012 owners manual: Quote:
I've been using 140 on my OEMs and 110 on my aftermarket wheels and lug nuts.

Thanks for all the info! Checked the 13’ manual and says 110ftlbs. That seem right for the 1LE? It didn’t specify model

My 2013 ZL1 manual states 110 ft/lbs and that's what I've been using for years for both street and casual track days.
Always check YOUR manual. |

My '10 SS was 140. My '13 ZL1 was 110. My '17 ZL1 is 140. I know this because I actually looked it up in the manual. That information is in every manual for every year. Aside from that, as CamaroFred stated, lug nuts with blue on the inside is 110.

I have black Gorilla Lugs and torque to 120 ft/lbs. If I have had the wheel off, I like to recheck after driving it. Never had a lug come loose but when I recheck there is always a few that tighten a tad more.
