AC only blows cold when car is moving

Hi all! I noticed today that basically my A/C blows warm when not moving. Full story below. Anyone else have this? What gives?

Was out driving my pretty much brand new (3,000 mi) ZL1 vert today. My car is garaged btw and I live in ATL. Temps today are the low-to-mid 80s. Went to the store and was in there for maybe 20-30 min. As I came back out I hit the remote start and stepped into the car. Waited a couple of min and the A/C never got cold, even on LO setting. I left the parking lot and immediately hit a light. Waited a couple of min and A/C still not cold. Pulled a U-turn at the light and accelerated and the A/C starts to get cold. Then hit another stop and the A/C goes back to humid mild air. Light turns green and after about 10-15 seconds of forward motion, cold again. Did this all the way home, even after driving a mile or two on the highway. Appreciate any thoughts about this!

This happened in my old cavalier, perhaps it could be the same, worth looking into. The electric engine cooling fan died. Replaced the fan and ac issue while vehicle was stopped was gone.

Classic sign the radiator cooling fan(s) are not running. Need to find out what the cause is now. Is it a bad fan(s) or bad wiring or a bad relay.

You all were right, it was the fans. Dead. Met a 2019 1LE owner with the same issue this past weekend. Hope it's not an issue on the 19's!

What exactly was wrong? Wiring harness/connection issue to the fan or issue with the fan itself?

The fan in my 16 SS died a couple months back. It was doing the same thing. I bought the part and replaced it in the garage.
