Got to 300 miles today so I could push it a little bit... Very fast and you do not feel the heft in the twisties.

Not 100% pushed yet, just a bit more.

I love Octane Red Challenger. I was shopping for Challenger 1320 (always loved Challenger + 3kids) but since Dodge isnt giving good rebates so I changed my mine to another Camaro. I promised my wife that i will get an Auto so we can share lol.

Sorry to hear about your Camaro, i know its month old tread but i hope you enjoy new Challenger!

Is is about the same. But this car seems to rev up faster which makes it more "interesting". The shift light on the dash is pretty cool and it is adjustable to any rpm you want. I have it set at 5.5k right now learning the shifts - only 1200 miles on it. I will bump it to the 6250 eventually.

Yep, the 5.7 while stout, is under powered for these cars. And I got the widebody for the 305s. It can barley hold the torque with them, I cannot imagine a 245 or even a 275.

Cleaned it up and snapped some more pics. The first pic does not do it justice. The depth of the paint is crazy cool. I am netting 16.1 MPG with 1900 miles on the clock LOL!

Ya know, my GM loyalty is well documented but that definitely looks like a fun ride.

I haven't been hanging out here too much lately.

I did the same thing in November, traded my 2018 1SS for the 50th Anniversary Scat Pack. While not a Widebody, the squared 275 set up with the 6 piston Brembo's isn't too far off what the Camaro could do.

I'm very happy with it.

Found out the Scat runs a lot different than my Camaro. I am hitting 18mpg now, mixed driving. The TR6060nin the Scat i need to be in 1 gear higher than i was in the SS. For reference i was about 19 to 20 mpg in the SS. Still learning the Scat
