Slow sharp turns question

Hey just got my car and had a question. On slow sharp turns like when I pull out of my driveway, there is a clicking in the steering. That's the best I can describe it. Like it feels choppy. Was wondering if that was normal and what the function was. Thanks.

Section 10-46 of the owners manual describes the UHP Summer only tire.If the temperature is below 40 degrees the tread compound becomes hard and can cause slow speed turn tire hop/chatter. There are many posts in this section of the forum that discuss the summer only tires and alternatives.

:c7. :Cold tires aggravate the bumping/hopping. My C6 had the same issue but not as pronounced.

Is this when you back out real slow tires turned all the way and it feels like you hit a wet or ice spot kind of? Like it slip then bumps.
