Everyone in my office has already been calling it Chris's spot, so Its safe to say I wont have to fight anyone until the other tenant moves in on the first floor.

I guess this picture was taken "prior" to the burnout marks from that spot to the exit.

1. Start car
2. Turn steering wheel hard right
3. Hammer it!
4. Scream "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

That's a sweet spot. I don't think it's perfect though. It's too close to the grass. If the landscapers decide to cut during the times you're parked there they are going to get debris all over your car. Blowing dirt and potential rocks could definitely cause some damage to the paint. I didn't read through the comments so forgive me if this is a repost.

Lmao! Sweet spot!! But, I'll take the poo any day of the week compared to parking next to someone that puts those nice door dings in the sides of our sweet cars!!
