6th Gen 427 COPO Validation runs....

I found this cool YouTube video by the Chevy Performance team with the COPO 6th Gen down in Bradenton. Wicked runs!! Enjoy.

Thanks for the info. I'm surprised that it barely hit 8's. I don't know much about ¼ mile times or validation runs but there are street legal cars that get in the 8's.

My red hot SS was the second 2016 Camaro to run that track. My 1/4 was just a tad slower... LOL

Naturally aspirated, probably not. Are there classes to drag racing where the car has to be N/A?

The latest COPO Camaros are designed for NHRA’s Stock Eliminator and Super Stock classes, and buyers can select from a variety of supercharged and naturally aspirated LS-family engines (350, 396 and 427) depending on what class they intend to compete in. Only 69 of the dedicated drag racers will be built.
