Well my favorite team has very little chance, but I am enjoying the potential of Jarryd Hayne. His stiff arms will be fun to watch when he gets his chances. Kaepernick hopefully worked on his speed at getting rid of the ball or throwing it away so the niners don't shoot themselves in the foot losing 14 starters from last year to injury or free agency. I have a positive outlook, but it's going to be a tough, long season for me.

Maybe the niners can start and finish each game by doing the haka. Maybe that will change their luck.

Boy did Kaepernick take a step back. Can't remember a regression quite like that in a long time.

I don't miss Cassel one bit. I personally think Chase Daniel is better than Alex Smith. Andy Reid will never let him start, though.

That might have been more injury related, though he's also been unable to make the leap from being a mobile QB to a pocket passer.

Kaepernick still has wheels...he just continues to make bad decisions in throws.

I want to be clear. I'm not questioning his talent/ability. I'm questioning his intelligence and awareness. I'm still going to root for him, but I'm not letting "rookie mistakes" slide without criticism anymore. He needs to step his game up more than ever now with all the new people.

Patriots homer here, and I don't want to put too much into preseason football, but holy moly if they are even thinking about moving McCourty back to corner, this team is in a world of trouble. He is NOT a corner.

So far, after 2 preseason games. the 1's have looked pretty good. but if/when starters get hurt, it's not looking too good as far as depth goes. lol Biggest weakness right now is MLB, CB, and OG.

ACL's being torn all over the place. I hate preseason injuries like that. Looks like Jordy Nelson might be out.
