Obviously, no one would ever really do this, but hypothetically if someone had to go back-and-forth to the hospital very frequently with their daughter and parking was a nightmare except that there are always 20 to 30 open “low emissions vehicle” spaces right in front of the building, would anyone know where to find a magnetic blue “e” or “hybrid” logo, or something like that, which could be conveniently slapped on the back of the car when needed?

Everything I’ve seen is a stick on, and I would prefer something that could come on and off easily.

"Hypothetically" you'd still get a parking ticket, especially if those spaces had EV chargers. Don't bend the hospital's rules just because they are inconvenient.

Low Emissions Vehicle means that they need to define that. I'd ignore it unless it said E or Hybrid only, and even then, Im of the mind that that's nice that they think that.
