Hi everyone. I have searched and searched for the past few days through many threads, but I cannot seem to get an exact answer on this.

I have a 2011 SS/RS. When in the auto position, I would like the halos to be the only lights on. No side markers, no rear lights, no DRL fogs, nothing. Just the halos. If anyone could help me out with this it would be tremendiously appreciated!!!

I did. So you are saying on stock that if you clicked it over one, that only the halos turned on and no other lights did?

Can you provide me with a link that says that? It is my understanding that not just on the Camaro, but on any car, when you turn the parking lights on, the side markers and rear lights also turn on. Has been for every car I've owned.

I'm sorry camaro2ss/rs, but I do believe you are wrong. Here is straight from my owner's manual:

"(Parking lamps): Turns on parking lamps on togher with the following: Taillamps, sidemarker lamps, license plate lamps, Instrument panel lights."

And in my case, the halo's also.

I'm sorry but I don't believe I have an aftermarket harness on my car if it is doing exactly what the owner's manual states.

Is there anyone else that could chime in on this? Thank you.

Cyber, that harness is to have the DRL fogs AND the halos on. I don't want the DRL fogs on. Thank you for replying though.

I have that harness and it allows for halos only. However, you have to switch your lights from auto mode when you get in the car for this function.

Tried to delete my initial post since someone posted the same but, yes, only the halos will be on after switching the dial left.
