I didn't realize the Berlinetta has a whopping 105 horsepower.

That was the base LG4 though. The top of the line LB9 had 215 hp. Good for 6.8 sec 0-60's and sub 15 sec 1/4 mile times which was actually pretty good for the time period.

I thought they made 245 hp?

When the LG4 had 155 hp (circa 1985), the top engine was the LB9 305 with 215 hp. In '87, the B2L/L98 350 became an option and made 245 hp in the later years. However, the base "155 hp" LG4 was no longer available by then.
