NEW AWE exhaust

3.5 months later, I finally recieved my AWE axle back touring exhaust. I got the new valance installed yesterday, and will put the exhaust on tonight! going from dual to quad exhaust. I will post before and after sound clips (something I had a hard time finding!)

oh and whats up with AWE putting a lollipop in the packaging?! haha

Probably to keep you from drinking beer during the installation, less chance of you making a defect claim on those nice polished tips if they got you sucking on a loli instead of working your way through a 12 pack while you wrench... beer tastes like crap after candy.

Yup, a little personal touch. Some companies will include a handwritten thank you note, sticker, or mints. Rockauto sends a magnet of customers rides. Same type of thing. Grats on the exhaust.

Are they making the axle back actually marry up to the midpipe without the adapter now? Old9er) styles had an adapter band as they made the axle back 3" and then required a band to marry up to the 2.75 mid.

Probably still has the adapter band. Mine has been issue free for 3 years now. OP you will love the sound of this system! I had the chrome tips but bought the Black Diamond ones on about a year ago

Post a video after the install. Oh yeah and if you email AWE and ask for some swag they will send you a coffee cup, stickers and a T shirt with proof of purchase of one of their systems.

I'll agree with the quality of the build and the AWE company as a whole. They're a phenomenal organization that takes care of their customers before, during and after the sale. I' highly recommend them. As for the sound, you won't be disappointed. I have the touring cat-back + resonators + PLP's. The sound is epic!!

Alright, it is done! extremely easy switch over! I kind of regret getting chrome instread of the black diamond tips (this is the only chrome I have on the car) but such is life.. not sure I Want to pay for different tips now!

and I need help - how to I upload a video?
