They were all leasing them because the residuals were stupid on hellcats a few years ago. But yes all the homies in the ghetto all had charger scats and hellcats for a long time there.

Places like Atlanta, St. Louis, Houston, etc. Known for a lot of wrecked Challengers and Charger 392s and Hellcats. Some car guy on a Youtube channel recently posted a video from a salvage yard in Atlanta and was amazed how the lot was literally stacked with wreck Hemis. Lots of Scatpack/392s and Hellcat Chargers and Challengers littered on the lot wrecked. Atlanta and St. Louis seem to have a big problem with reckless Challenger drivers. |

I don't frequent the ghetto and I feel the "Dodge is known to finance anyone and everything" is based off of assumption. You're also assuming the said cars were new and/or expensive. You get can a used base Challenger 392 for around $30k. Add that to the fact that some people choose to finance for 72 months (or more).

Yes, a few years ago Dodge offered aggressive lease deals on the Hellcat's. They still have great money factors (for those who qualify), but the residuals and sale discounts are hard to come by. Neither lease great now, and Scats have terrible MF's most of the time.

Low interest rate or 0% and making additional principal payments, then its not such a bad thing. I'm referring to the people that put no money down, finance nearly every nickel, have higher interest rates, and choose the decade loan term because that is the monthly which they can "afford". |

Fastest SS time I seen reported was a A8 car that ran 11.78 @ 119. That was bone stock down to the tires. It was posted on FB with the slip, track, and Da 2-3yrs ago.

That feels borderline impossible unless the strip was on a heavy downward slope and DA was like minus infinity. Granted, I have only limited experience, but I've never seen anyone pull off even a sub-12s hero time with a bone stock 6th gen SS, and 11.7 is just... so hard to believe.
