Good enough for me...guess I'm buying the 3.91's. Anybody want a good deal on some 4.10's?

On the JRE posi mod; it costs $199 and the Eaton costs ~ $350(?) so is it better to go with the whole unit?
... but if you go with the mod, theoretically nobody will know at the dealership...

Can't wait for Pony Wars

I was wondering the exact same with the mod versus whole unit. Seems like no one is having issues with the mod and they hold up well. Get to save some $$ in the process.

You need to do the tunes after the gears are in....OR the speed sensors are going to go nuts. My Trailblazer SS wouldn't even shift at WOT.

Yes Sir, I know but Matt said he would gladly re-tune it for the gears once I get around to putting them in.

That is good. My TBSS had 4.10's...when I put DR's on ut that were 2 in. shorter it was like going to 5.xx's.....it would not shift into 3rd gear because the speed sensors were all screwed up. Yours being a manual that wouldn't happen but there are a lot of other things that will be affected.
