Yeah I got my 64gb sandisk class 10 card from Walmart. $22.99 shipped to the store for pickup. Formatted it with my mac using disk utility built in to MS-DOS file system. I get 1575 minutes available. And I tested the PDR, it works.

My issue with the PDR is no GPS overlay.
It was working when I 1st got the car, but now, no matter if I set the start/finish line, there is no overlay in the upper left corner of the video.

Somewhat unrelated question: assuming PDR records properly, can you play it back in car or does one need to remove the card and play it back on a PC/Mac/etc? Thx!

You can play it from the PDR menu. But, you'll need Cosworth Toolbox to realize the most benefits (embedded data).

I recorded about 30 minutes of driving the other day while out ripping around. The PDR is sooooo cool. But could be damning to you as evidence....lol I was going to post my last high speed run, but thought better of it. You know how things can go viral nowadays...

I've tried formatting my 128gb and 64gb cards and I've had no luck. I used that program and did fat32. I got no luck. My 8gb works but I feel bad I've paid for these

Casalino,
Make sure those 128 and 64 cards are truly class 10 or above. If they were purchased from Ebay or Amazon, it is a crapshoot if you get a true class 10 or a knock-off that isn't really one. Even some of the brand name ones I have gotten off of Amazon weren't really the brand names they said on the sticker and even packaging. I avoid getting them from there now all together. You can download some read/write testing programs to make sure memory access times are as quick as advertised (class 10+) or slower (class 4). |

alright so just a quick update.. ive talked to the GM support about my issues and they cant figure it out.. so my dealer decided to order a new PDR for me.. not even a day later i guess GM steps in and told them they have to replace the camera first before ordering a new PDR.. so now im just waiting for the camera to show up.. but so far we've tried using 7 different SD cards.. from 4GB to 32GB all formatted to FAT32 still no luck.

okay so weve figured it out.. so a new camera showed up and we tried using it.. still nothing.. what we end out figuring out is that one of the cable thats connected to the camera is bad from factory. so the new cord should be coming in today and i should have PDR working again.
